Roberto Tribuno: Rinata Association Conference, New Nursing Home Model

On Wednesday 1° February 2023, the conference “Towards Personal Service Centers”, promoted by the Rinata Association, was held at the Nursing Home Gesù Maestro in Cinisello Balsamo. The meeting proposed an innovative model to overcome the current concept of Nursing Homes, integrating home, semi-residential, residential, and housing solutions such as co-housing into a single management.

Among the presentations, Roberto Tribuno, Managing Director of Health Invest, presented the Bicocca Residence, under construction in Milan, designed to accommodate both self-sufficient and non-self-sufficient seniors, and shared the experience of partner Comfortcura in improving the quality standards of Nursing Homes.

The conference emphasized the importance of a holistic and personalized approach, where Nursing Homes, such as Personal Service Centers, collaborate with social, health, family, and third-sector services to address the individual needs of the vulnerable, directly linking the personal budget to the care project.

A decisive step towards an integrated, sustainable and person-centred system.
