Nursing Home Camponogara: Innovative and sustainable Nursing Home

On September 29, 2021, the project for the Nursing Home, currently under construction on Via Premaore, was presented at the Salone della Gioia in the Parish of Camponogara (VE).

On this occasion, Health Invest and Roberto Tribuno illustrated to the citizens an innovative nursing home for non-self-sufficient elderly people, designed and built with a cutting-edge concept and respecting the environment.

The event, made possible thanks to the availability of the Parish Priest and the participation of the Mayor, was open to the entire community with the aim of informing about the characteristics of the new modern and eco-sustainable structure, intended to generate new jobs and offer concrete support to families with elderly people to assist.

The Nursing Home Camponogara, completed in spring 2022, has 150 beds spread across three floors and an Integrated Day Center with 30 places. The rooms are divided into 48 singles and 51 doubles, providing comfort and privacy for guests. The design placed great emphasis on sustainability, with the use of eco-friendly materials and the creation of large, bright spaces. Common areas include reception, bar, restaurant, dining rooms, multipurpose room, gym, doctor’s office, place of worship, hairdresser and podiatrist, terraces, green spaces, and parking.

The Nursing Home Camponogara Open Day took place on March 24 and 25, 2022, an initiative that allowed residents to visit the facility and receive all the necessary information. The event was well attended: over 170 people, including those from neighboring municipalities, enthusiastically joined, confirming the interest and importance of this new retirement center for the local area. With the Camponogara Residence, Health Invest and Roberto Tribuno have demonstrated the ability to combine innovation, sustainability, and a focus on guest well-being, offering a Nursing Home model that responds to society’s current and future needs.
