Health Invest: presentation of two Nursing Home in Milan, San Siro, and Bicocca – 2019

Roberto Tribuno, in collaboration with Health Invest, presented two new and ambitious Nursing Home projects, developed together with Rodevita SpA and managed by Orpea Italia, both part of the Orpea Group, designed to meet the growing demand for services dedicated to seniors. These are two innovative development plans, designed to offer modern and functional facilities, capable of combining healthcare and quality of life in a context of new urban regeneration.

The presentation, held at the Rosa Grand Hotel in Milan in front of an audience of industry professionals, placed the topics of healthcare, active aging, urban planning, and real estate development at the center of the debate. The aim is to redefine the concept of Nursing Home: no longer isolated or peripheral structures, but integrated spaces in the heart of the city, designed to fit harmoniously into the urban and social fabric.

The two new complexes will be built in areas symbolic of Milan’s urban redevelopment:

• San Siro area, where the former school “San Celso” will be converted into a modern healthcare residence;
• Bicocca area, where ex Manifattura Tabacco area will be redeveloped to house an excellent facility dedicated to the elderly.

Through these projects, Roberto Tribuno and Health Invest intend to contribute to a new vision of care and well-being for seniors, combining innovation, sustainability, and personal care. A concrete step towards a more inclusive Milan, attentive to the social needs and quality of life of its citizens.
