ESG Revolution: Health Invest and Sustainable Nursing Home – Capri 2021

From October 1st to 3rd, Health Invest, as a sponsor of Valore Srl, participated in the forum “Are we ready for the ESG revolution? Scenarios, regulation, investments”, held in Capri, with the active presence of Roberto Tribuno.

The event, moderated by journalist Nicola Porro, represented an important moment of discussion on issues related to the implementation of ESG criteria, with particular attention to regulation, future scenarios, and sustainable investments.

During the forum, the need emerged for a new balance between the needs of civil society and those of financial investors, in order to promote a strategic evolution of companies in the management of activities and the evaluation of ESG performance. Participants’ testimonies fueled a constructive debate on different approaches to the sustainability of future developments, with a specific focus on investments in green infrastructure.

With “The Evolution of the Concept of Social-Healthcare Facilities in the Post-Covid Era”, Roberto Tribuno presented Health Invest’s vision for the creation of innovative social-healthcare facilities, highlighting the importance of modernizing Nursing Home with a sustainable focus. Key points include energy savings, thermal and acoustic insulation, the use of environmentally friendly materials, and advanced design solutions.

Nursing Home of the future must become true territorial platforms capable of offering integrated local social and health services: clinics, rehabilitation, diagnostics, light residential care, day centers, and home care, in synergy with the national health system and in a context of effective public-private partnerships.
