ComfortCura: The Model for Efficient and Human Nursing Home

2 December 2019
Cinisello Balsamo

During the second meeting dedicated to innovation in Nursing Home, Roberto Tribuno, CEO of ComfortCura, brought to the center of the debate a concrete and visionary reflection on the future of the social and healthcare sector. In a still fragmented Italian context, where small and medium-sized operators are struggling to keep pace with large groups, a paradigm shift based on technology, the customization of services, and the valorization of human capital is essential.

It is essential to have well-organized and highly specialized facilities for managing addiction, capable of responding to the care needs of residents at different stages of their aging, in relation to the degree of frailty.  To ensure efficient and quality service, it is essential to ensure traceable care, treatment, and therapies, thanks to the use of advanced technological solutions. In fact, the innovation of Nursing Home makes it possible to optimise the work of staff, increase safety and reduce operational risks.

Tribuno emphasized how the success of a residential facility for the elderly is based on the active involvement, ongoing training, and motivation of staff, who represent the essential link between residents, families, and the organization. To ensure truly effective care, services must be as personalized as possible, so that each intervention responds to the specific needs of guests, promoting their well-being and protecting dignity, individuality and privacy, as well as fostering the trust and satisfaction of family members.
