Health Invest at the Senior Housing & Healthcare Summit 2025

On June 24, 2025, Health Invest, led by Roberto Tribuno, participated in the Senior Housing & Healthcare Summit 2025, organized by SHHA (Senior Housing & Healthcare Association) at Deloitte’s headquarters in Brussels. This event represented a moment of international comparison between operators, banks, investors and institutions, aimed at fostering the alignment of the senior housing & healthcare real estate sector in Europe and preparing the market for the growing demand for residences and services for the elderly.

Following the Summit, Health Invest officially joined the SHHA, becoming a partner of the Association. The collaboration also materialized with participation in Expo Real 2025 in Munich, one of the main European events dedicated to Real Estate.

The SHHA, founded in 2020, aims to share knowledge, create long-term value, and develop user-centered buildings, addressing critical challenges such as aging housing stock, changing consumer demand, and climate goals related to the Paris Agreement.

In its October 2025 Report, SHHA dedicated an article to San Celso, a Nursing Home entirely developed, designed, and built by Health Invest in Milan. The project, is about a major urban regeneration project, transforming an old school into a modern facility for non-self-sufficient elderly people, located in a residential area near the San Siro stadium.

The Nursing Home San Celso represents is a concrete example of Health Invest’s ability to combine architectural quality, innovative technology, and sustainability, setting new standards in elderly care. With over 25 years of experience, the company manages the entire lifecycle of projects –from permits and financing through construction and operational management– and also supports the modernization of existing facilities, collaborating with banks, leasing companies, and investment funds.

Thanks to these initiatives, Roberto Tribuno and Health Invest confirm their commitment to contributing to the evolution of the senior housing and healthcare sector in Europe, in line with the objectives and vision of the SHHA.
