{"id":1679,"date":"2017-05-16T18:40:35","date_gmt":"2017-05-16T16:40:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/robertotribuno.it\/?page_id=1679"},"modified":"2026-02-17T16:04:54","modified_gmt":"2026-02-17T15:04:54","slug":"biography","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/robertotribuno.it\/en\/biography\/","title":{"rendered":"Roberto Tribuno: professional biography and entrepreneurial vision"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With over <strong>30 years of experience in strategic consulting, finance, and management, Roberto Tribuno<\/strong> is a leading figure in the Italian business landscape, particularly in <strong>the healthcare and elderly care sectors<\/strong>. <strong>Founder and President of Health Invest<\/strong>, he has combined technical expertise and entrepreneurial vision to develop innovative care models and facilities dedicated to personal care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Born on July 13, 1963, <strong>Roberto Tribuno graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University<\/strong> in Milan in 1988, with a thesis on the evolution of the competitive system in the information technology sector. In 1991, after earning a <strong>Master&#8217;s degree in Tax Law<\/strong> and attending <strong>international specialization courses<\/strong>, he was admitted to the Register of Chartered Accountants of Milan and to the Register of Auditors in 1995.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His career began in 1987 in London, at Unisys Europe Africa Division, as an auditor for the Group&#8217;s European subsidiaries. After this <strong>international experience<\/strong>, he returned to Italy to work with Quantum Srl (1991\u20131992), where he focused on corporate strategy projects for major brands such as Olivetti, Feltrinelli, Armani, and WEA \u2013 Warner Bros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 1995, he founded the <strong>Tribuno \u2013 Capaccioni Accounting Firm<\/strong>, focused on assisting foreign companies operating in Italy. A few years later, in 1999, he expanded his international perspective by founding <strong>Bridge Kennedy International \u2013 Euro BKI<\/strong> in London, a financial and business consulting firm with offices in several European capitals, taking over the management of the Milan office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2003, Roberto Tribuno joined <strong>the Orpea Group<\/strong>, a French multinational leader in residential care homes and rehabilitation clinics. He founded and developed the Group&#8217;s Italian subsidiaries, overseeing their start-up and expansion. From 2011 to 2017, he served as <strong>CEO of Orpea Italia<\/strong>, leading strategy, finance, institutional relations, and M&amp;A operations. Following this experience, in 2017 he founded <strong>the Rodevita Group<\/strong>, specializing in <strong>real estate investments in healthcare facilities<\/strong>. The following year, he founded <strong>Health Invest<\/strong>, a company active in the research, design, and construction of residential care homes, senior housing, and rehabilitation clinics. This was complemented by <strong>ComfortCura, a company dedicated to the management and care of non-self-sufficient seniors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Significant roles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to his entrepreneurial career, Roberto Tribuno has held numerous <strong>senior positions<\/strong> on the <strong>boards of directors<\/strong> and <strong>boards of statutory auditors<\/strong> of over 50 companies, some listed on the stock exchange. Among his most significant roles: Chairman of Fidia SGR SpA, Nicotra SpA, Clinea Italia Srl, and Orpea Italia Srl, as well as statutory auditor positions at companies such as OpenjobMetis SpA, Fila Europe SpA, Bastogi SpA, Eigenmann &amp; Veronelli SpA, and Brioschi Immobiliare SpA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since 2008, he has been a member of the International Association of M&amp;A Worldwide and currently serves as <strong>President of ILAS<\/strong> (International Legal Accountancy Solutions). He also served as <strong>Treasurer of the Chambre CCFI France \u2013 Italie<\/strong> for two terms, and was the founder and <strong>Vice President of AGeSPI<\/strong> (Association of Entrepreneurs in the Post-Acute Care Sector) and President of the Rotary Club of Milano Cordusio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vision and Values<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authenticity, innovation, and collaboration are the guiding principles of my actions, both professionally and personally. I believe in <strong>consistency and transparency<\/strong>, always placing integrity and trust at the center of relationships. For me, <strong>innovation<\/strong> represents a tool capable of generating real value, improving the quality of life and the services we offer. Collaboration is fundamental: building strong and inclusive relationships by valuing everyone&#8217;s contributions allows us to achieve shared goals effectively and harmoniously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alongside these principles, I consider essential <strong>the focus on the individual<\/strong>, which guides every decision in the healthcare and social care sector, and <strong>excellence<\/strong>, as a constant commitment to pursuing quality results. I also promote <strong>social responsibility and sustainability<\/strong>, convinced that economic growth must always be accompanied by a positive impact on the community and the
