At the heart of the project is a new design approach that redefines the concept of a care structure: no longer isolated buildings, but spaces integrated into the urban and social fabric, designed to ensure comfort, autonomy, and inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new facilities for seniors, which include <strong>Nursing Home, Protected Housing for the Elderly (SH), and Outpatient Clinics<\/strong>, focus on innovative layouts, digital technologies, home automation, and energy-efficient materials, with the goal of obtaining LEED certifications and offering sustainable and functional environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As <strong>Roberto Tribuno<\/strong> points out: \u201c<em>A new way of thinking about facilities dedicated to the elderly is developing, with the aim of expanding the offering and integrating it into society<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference focused on the strategic conversion of unused properties, the revision of formats and layouts, and the affirmation of <strong>new care and housing models<\/strong>, such as self-contained apartments, to meet the growing demand for flexible and personalized housing solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A concrete opportunity for the real estate sector, which looks to <strong>the redevelopment of abandoned properties and the creation of integrated housing models<\/strong>, in line with the principles of sustainability and urban inclusion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AGIDI Conference: Transforming RSA into Integrated Models.
