This event represented a moment of international comparison between operators, banks, investors and institutions, aimed at fostering the alignment of <strong>the senior housing &amp; healthcare real estate sector in Europe<\/strong> and preparing the market for the growing demand for residences and services for the elderly.<\/p>\n<p>Following the Summit, <strong>Health Invest officially joined the SHHA<\/strong>, becoming a partner of the Association. The collaboration also materialized with participation in Expo Real 2025 in Munich, one of the main European events dedicated to Real Estate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The SHHA<\/strong>, founded in 2020, <strong>aims to share knowledge, create long-term value, and develop user-centered buildings<\/strong>, addressing critical challenges such as aging housing stock, changing consumer demand, and climate goals related to the Paris Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>In its <strong>October 2025 Report<\/strong>, <strong>SHHA<\/strong> dedicated an article to <strong>San Celso, a Nursing Home<\/strong> entirely developed, designed, and built by <strong>Health Invest in Milan<\/strong>. The project, is about a major urban regeneration project, transforming an old school into a modern facility for non-self-sufficient elderly people, located in a residential area near the San Siro stadium.<\/p>\n<p>The Nursing Home San Celso represents is a concrete example of Health Invest&#8217;s ability to combine architectural quality, innovative technology, and sustainability, setting new standards in elderly care.
